• There is a minimum purchase requirement of $30 to qualify for Click & Collect.

• Click & Collect orders are limited to 50 items. You will not be able to choose Click & Collect at checkout if your order exceeds this limit.

• Click & Collect is only available on web, for now. Please stay tuned for future app updates!

• Unless advertised otherwise, a $3 service fee will apply to all Click & Collect orders [WAIVED until August 31!].

• Click & Collect pick-up hours are from 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week.

• The Click & Collect pick-up counter is located on the ground floor of Giant Hypermarket - Tampines, to the left of the main entrance near the elevator. If you want to utilize our drive-thru option, please pull up to the designated area right outside the Click & Collect counter.

• Each pick-up window is one hour long. Please pick up your order at any time within the chosen window. If you arrive outside of your chosen pick-up window, we cannot guarantee that your order will be available. Please observe safe distancing guidelines while waiting.

• If you cannot pick up your order within your chosen pick-up window, please call us at 3129 2788 to reschedule for another pick-up time. Rescheduling can only be done for pick-up on the same day, subject to slot availability. Pick-ups cannot be rescheduled to another day.

• If you have not picked up your order within two hours after the end of your chosen pick-up window and have not reached out to us to reschedule, your order will be cancelled, your purchase will be refunded, and you will be charged at $10 restocking fee.

• Order cancellations are allowed free of charge until 3 hours before the start of the pick-up time slot. After this time, a $10 restocking fee will be applied for any orders that were cancelled due to customer’s change of mind. Customers are allowed to cancel orders free of charge at any time if Giant is unable to fulfill the complete order due to limited product availability.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW IF I CHOOSE GRABEXPRESS PICK UP?

• Contactless delivery: As part of our social distancing efforts, your delivery-partner will, by default, leave the groceries at your door. Do let them know in advance if you have other, preferred, delivery instructions.

• Pickup location details: When keying in your pickup location, you will be prompted for sender details. These are:
